Elastomeric Roof Coating is a flexible white roof coating that reflects heat and harmful UV rays, while protecting against the elements, extending the life of the roof. Uses - Metal single ply, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, concrete, EPDM, Hypalon, exiting asphaltic & elastomeric roof coatings: Not for use on roof shingles. Coverage - It is recommended to prime the roof substrate with Kool Seal Elastomeric Base Coat Gray at 50-100 sq ft per gallon followed by Kool Seal Elastomeric Finish Coat. at 50-100 sq ft per gallon per coat. Rough/porous surfaces will require additional coating. Two coats recommended.
