Wet/Dry Patching Cement is a cement for asphalt-based roofing substrates that seals quickly to both wet or dry surfaces, even underwater. Uses - Metal, asphalt, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, rolled roofing, asphalt/fiberglass shingles, chimney & pipe flashings. Do NOT use on shingle-ply membranes.
